Recent Projects

In a combined project with the Children’s Miracle Network and Alice 96.5, Artisan Homes as well as other local home builders, contributed 100s of hours to design and construct a playhouse to be auctioned at the 36 Hours for Kids Radiothon. The Artisan playhouse was designed to look like a Reno Aces locker room with framed pictures and authentic jerseys. The playhouses were auctioned to the highest bidders at the culmination of the radiothon raising nearly $100,000 to benefit the Renown Children’s Hospital.

Other Projects

Artisan Homes has been involved with Partners in Education for several years. Our adopted school, Pine Middle School is located in the heart of Reno and has struggled with decreased enrollment and changing demographics. These factors are beyond the control of the wonderful staff and administration at this vibrant school. We came in this year and built a brand new set for their performing arts department and encouraged the students to challenge themselves and stretch their imaginations above the normal boundaries of the classroom. The students will be able to use the new set for various performances to the delight of the entire community.
